Abstract
Le concept d’entreprise sociale est très présent dans la littérature pour rendre compte d’initiatives entrepreneuriales qui associent logique d’action sociale et logique d’action marchande. Les liens entre ces nouvelles façons d’entreprendre et l’engagement citoyen ont en revanche été peu explorés. Nous proposons une analyse des liens entre engagement citoyen et action entrepreneuriale, à travers l’analyse de plusieurs initiatives issues de systèmes alimentaires alternatifs. Nous développons un cadre d’analyse original transposant la théorie pragmatiste de l’action de John Dewey : l’engagement entrepreneurial et citoyen est appréhendé comme un processus d’enquête démocratique original, associant registre d’engagement, logique et répertoires d’action entrepreneuriale.
