Abstract

Plusieurs facteurs peuvent influencer l’efficacité et la productivité des équipes de travail, dont les comportements de citoyenneté. L’étude porte sur la relation entre le leadership du superviseur et les comportements de citoyenneté des subordonnés dans l’équipe. Les participants sont 288 adultes qui travaillent dans diverses organisations. Les résultats des analyses de régression soutiennent l’idée que le leadership transformationnel est positivement lié aux comportements de citoyenneté dans l’équipe. Le leadership transactionnel et le leadership laisser-faire ne sont pas liés aux comportements de citoyenneté dans l’équipe. Ces résultats tendent à confirmer l’importance du leadership transformationnel du superviseur dans la compréhension du succès des équipes au travail et, par voie de conséquence, des organisations.
