Antecedentes: Los arcilleros de norte de Santanderhan sufrido una gran controversia, ya que hace unosanos se consideraban empresas fuertes alas que seles auguraba un buen futuro, dando asi gran cantidadesde empleo. Dichos arcilleros se aferraron a laventa de sus productos al vecino pais de Venezuela,muchas empresas se han perdido desde el 2008 porla llamada “deuda cadivi”. Las empresas que han logradosobrevivir han sido las que pudieron continuarvendiendo sus productos nacionalmente y a otrospaises. Objetivo: Analizar nuevas oportunidades demercado y nuevos productos para los arcilleros deNorte de Santander. Metodos: La investigacion sebaso en recopilar datos, estudiando investigacionespasadas, buscando los principales problemas queafecta a este sector, para asi tomar medidas y buscarsoluciones para los arcilleros de la region coneste tipo de informacion buscamos algunas herramientaspara encontrar posibles soluciones u opcionesque puedan tener los arcilleros. Resultado: Lamayoria de los productos que se realizan en Cucutason hechos para obras de construccion, ladrillos, tabletasy tejas son esenciales para la elaboracion decasas y obras. Se ha encontrado en Cucuta no seproductos diferentes a los dichos, pues losmas demandados son las tejas, tabletas y ladrillos,ya que estos son los productos que mas lucran a lasempresas exportadoras, para exportaciones nuncase ha incursionado en nuevos productos. Mercadospotenciales como centro America y norte Americaprincipalmente. Conclusion: se determino la posibilidadde producir nuevos productos ya que la arcillaes un material muy util no solo para la produccionde ladrillos, tejas y tabletas sino que tiene muchocampo de aplicabilidad en la ceramica, elaboracionde banos, utensilios de cocina y muchos masproductos, se encontro que las industrias de arcillacucutenas no han incursionado en estos productosque serian muy buenos para la competitividad nosolo a nivel nacional, sino a nivel internacional, mercadospotenciales como Panama, Guatemala , Puertorico, Canada y Ecuador como principales mercadospotenciales.PALABRAS CLAVE: arcilleros, productos, mercados,bases de datos, competitividad.AbstractAbstract: The clay workers of Norte de Santanderhave been a lot of controversy, because a few yearsago were considered strong companies wings werepromised a good future giving large amounts ofemployment. Such clay workers clung to the saleof their products to neighboring Venezuela. Manycompanies have been lost since 2008 by the “CADIVIdebt.” Companies that have managed to surviveby selling their products domestically and potentialcountries. Target: To analyze new market opportunitiesand new products for clay workers of Norte deSantander. Methods: The research was based on collectingdata, studying past research, searching themain problems affecting this sector in order to takeaction and find solutions for the region clay workersfor give them information and some tools to seekpossible solutions u options that may have arcilleros.Result: Most of the products that are made inCucuta are made for construction, bricks, slabs andtiles are essential to the development of housesand works. It has been found in Cucuta no differentproducts these are made because the defendantsare tiles, slabs and bricks, as these are productsthat more profit to exporters for exports has neelaboranver ventured into new products. Potential marketssuch as Central America and North America mainly.Conclusion: the ability to produce new products wasdetermined as the clay is a very useful not only forthe production of bricks, tiles and tablets but havemuch applicability in the field of ceramics, makingbathrooms, kitchen equipment and many more products,it was found that clay cucutenas industrieshave not ventured into these products that wouldbe very good for the competitiveness not only nationallybut internationally, potential markets suchas Panama, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Canada andEcuador as main potential markets.Keywords: clay workers, products, markets, databases,competitiveness
