Abstract
Dans ce texte, nous présentons les résultats d’évaluations empiriques de trois grandes politiques de capital humain du Québec visant les jeunes enfants et les adolescents : la politique de garde à tarification réduite du gouvernement du Québec, la réforme scolaire du primaire et du secondaire, et la politique de subvention des écoles privées. Nous montrons que les deux premières devront être profondément modifiées pour atteindre leurs objectifs de capital humain, alors que d’autres travaux sont nécessaires pour une évaluation finale de la dernière.
