Et si la fiction nous permettait de nous donner des espaces de réflexion pertinents, pour interroger des pratiques managériales qu’il reste encore à inventer ? Par une étude approfondie de la Garde de Nuit, dans la série Game of Thrones , nous proposons une conceptualisation des pratiques managériales qui relèvent du « management organique ». Le fonctionnement interne de la Garde de Nuit, son organisation des gens, le mentorat mis en place, ses valeurs développées et son contrôle social permettent ainsi de penser des pratiques managériales pertinentes pour les organisations contemporaines qui font le choix d’une approche managériale originale et novatrice.
