Abstract
Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini guna memperkenalkan beberapa bentuk pembelajaran keseimbangan bagi siswa sekolah dasar pada Guru PJOK di Kabupaten Sumedang. Setelah menganalisis situasi, teridentifikasikan beberapa masalah sebagai beikut: (1) Masih adanya guru PJOK yang belum menyampaikan materi kebugaran jasmani terutama latihan keseimbangan, (2) Masih kurangnya pengetahuan guru PJOK tentang bagaimana bentuk pelatihan keseimbangan bagi anak-anak, (3) Masih adanya guru PJOK yang cenderung lebih menitik beratkan pada penguasaan kecabangan olahraga saja, namun mereka melupakan akan esensi dari kebutuhan gerak anak itu sendiri, yakni pemenuhan gerak dasar dan pemenuhan dasar kondisi fisik sebagai pondasi melakukan aktivitas bagi anak itu sendiri.
