Abstract
En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis de las normas sobre la transparencia en los TBI y en las políticas de inversión más recientes desarrolladas por algunos Estados. Para ello, se parte de una conceptualización de los propios TBI y, desde una perspectiva comparada, nos adentramos en el estudio de la temática planteada en los continentes de América, Europa y Asia.In the present work an analysis of the rules on transparency in the BITs and in the most recent investment policies developed by some States is carried out. To do this, we start from a conceptualization of the BITs themselves and, from a comparative perspective, we enter into the study of the theme raised in the continents of America, Europe and Asia.
