Abstract
Face aux logiques très verticales de l’industrie cinématographique, des individus s’auto-organisent et se structurent pour proposer un cinéma indépendant et en marge, inscrit dans le territoire Nord-Est parisien. L’émergence de ces nouvelles scènes répond à des envies de cinémas différentes. Nous mettrons en évidence les dynamiques de constitution, de structuration et d’organisation de deux scènes du cinéma indépendant bénéficiant sur ce territoire d’un fort engagement des politiques locales pour le soutien à la création artistique et à la diffusion. À partir de ce travail empirique, nous discuterons la pertinence des modèles explicatifs habituels des écosystèmes créatifs, à la lumière des débats dans le champ des études urbaines. Aux approches de géographie économique en termes de cluster, nous préférons la notion de scène pour mettre en évidence le rôle des proximités esthétiques dans l’émergence et la structuration des réseaux d’acteurs et de pratiques prenant vie sur des territoires partagés (résidences, lieux de tournage, de postproduction, salles de cinéma…).
