Abstract
This book presents the results of comparative and historical study of special forms of wills dedicated to soldiers and other persons connected with the military. It presents a thesis that Roman institution of soldier’s will, despite being a an obvious “ancestor” of all modern military wills, differs fundamentally from them, especially due to the fact, that it was focused mostly on the content of the last will and allowed the soldier to disregard succession law. Modern military wills, on the other hand, can be differentiated by the role they play in the succession law and the whole private law system. The book presents a detailed analysis of historical and contemporary special forms of military wills with particular reference to French, German, Austrian, English, Canadian, Australian and Polish legal systems. The main thesis was also presented in English in a paper “The Axiology of Military Wills – a Comparative Analysis”.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
