Abstract
Мета дослідження – дослідити функціональний стан кульшового суглобу чоловіків, хворих на коксартроз, для наступного його врахування при плануванні реабілітаційних заходів.Матеріали та методи. У дослідженні взяло участь 41 чоловік середнього віку (50,6±0,7) років, хворих на ОА кульшового суглобу IІ рентгенологічної стадії за Kellgren-Lowrence.Використовували наступні методи WOMAC (Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthrose index) з використанням візуальної аналогової шкали (ВАШ) для оцінки інтенсивності болю, шкала Харріса, методи математичної статистики. У всіх хворих спостерігалася незадовільна функція кульшових суглобів, що підтверджено інтегральним показником за шкалою Харріса на (66,9±2,4) балів. Характерними ознаками функціональної недостатності кульшового суглобу у чоловіків середнього віку є відчуття скутості вранці більше 30 хвилин і її посилення при фізичному навантаженні, накульгування, зменшення відведення суглоба до (33,0±1,0)о у 82,9% хворих та внутрішньої ротації стегна до (27,8±0,8)о у 78,0% хворих, які зростали з віком пацієнтів (r=0,72; p=0,001) та тривалістю ОА (r=0,88; p=0,001). У кожного четвертого хворого виявлено зменшення амплітуди згинання суглоба до (111,7±0,8)о, у 39,0% – амплітуди розгинання суглоба до (10,8±0,4)о.Висновки. Отримані результати свідчать про незадовільну функцію кульшових суглобів даного контингенту.
