Abstract
Comment TF1, France 2 et M6 tentent-elles de générer des commentaires autour de leurs émissions sur les médias sociaux numériques, et plus spécifiquement autour de vidéos publiées sur leurs pages Facebook? Comment les animateurs de communautés jouent-ils avec les injonctions que cette plateforme impose, tout en respectant les positionnements éditoriaux de ces chaînes? L’analyse sémiotique des « écrits d’écrans » des comptes Facebook de ces diffuseurs et des discours d’escorte qui accompagnent leurs publications vidéo laisse apparaître une volonté d’éditorialiser les contenus. Toutefois, l’effet de ces stratégies sur les commentaires de notre corpus reste peu significatif, comparé à celui d’un dispositif qui contraint fortement l’énonciation télévisuelle et impose aux community managers certains types de publications. Si Facebook se présente comme une agora, force est d’y constater la faiblesse des interactions entre les administrateurs des comptes étudiés et les internautes, et l’importance d’une culture de l’entre-soi.
