Lo primero que se encuentra en esta monografia es un diseno en el que se involucran varias imagenes, una de ellas es media mascara china; la otra es una parte de una moneda antigua, y por ultimo esta la palabra triada en chino, a la cual se hace alusion en el epigrafe que da inicio al documento y presenta el significado del nombre asignado a las sociedades secretas chinas que son el objeto de estudio de esta investigacion. Este trabajo pretende indagar ?Cual es el modus operandi de las triadas chinas, en el negocio del trafico ilegal de seres humanos, en la ruta que va desde China hasta Canada? dentro de lo que se ha denominado por la Comunidad Internacional como Crimen Organizado . Dentro de China, desde hace algunos siglos, se han ido formando diferentes grupos que operan al margen de la ley y que han tenido finalidades politicas, ideologicas, revolucionarias y de resistencia. A estos grupos se les conoce hoy como triadas chinas, y en un primer plano se les podria catalogar como organizaciones criminales que cuentan con variedad de negocios tanto legales como ilegales, dentro de los que se encuentran cadenas de aseguradoras, servicios de transporte, trafico de drogas, prostitucion, trafico ilegal de personas, entre otros.
