Le sentiment d'auto-efficacit des pompiers en matire de formation Formation et profession 29(2) 2021 1 sum Cette tude analyse l'impact de la formation pdagogique sur le sentiment d'auto-efficacit de pompiers en matire de formation. Pour ce faire, 125 pompiers belges ont t interrogs via un questionnaire driv de la Teachers' Sense of Efficacy Scale avant et aprs leur participation un module pdagogique. Notre tude montre qu'au terme de celui-ci, ils se sentent globalement plus efficaces (effet d'apprentissage), mais aussi que les disparits inter-sujets tendent se rduire (effet d' quit). Il en ressort galement que le parcours ou l' exprience pdagogique acquise antrieurement par certains participants influence leur sentiment d'auto-efficacit.
