Pengaruh Empat Faktor Terhadap Pemberdayaan Remaja Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Seks Bebas Pada Program PKPR

Abstract
Permasalahan remaja yang begitu kompleks disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor sehingga diperlukan pemberdayaan remaja untuk dapat meningkatkan kemandirian remaja. Rendahnya kegiatan pemberdayaan remaja karena kurangnya peran tenaga kesehatan, peran guru, peran teman sebaya dan motivasi remaja terhadap pemberdayaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh antara peran tenaga kesehatan, peran guru, peran teman sebaya, dan motivasi remaja terhadap pemberdayaan remaja dalam upaya pencegahan seks bebas pada Program PKPR di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kesambi Kota Cirebon Tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 138 remaja sebagai responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel pemberdayaan remaja dalam upaya pencegahan seks bebas pada program PKPR dipengaruhi oleh peran tenaga kesehatan sebesar 19,65%, peran guru sebesar 26,00%, peran teman sebaya sebesar 13,71% dan motivasi remaja sebesar 21,32%. Pengaruh langsung pemberdayaan remaja dalam upaya pencegahan seks bebas sebesar 80,68% dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 6,13% serta total pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar 86,81%. Peran guru merupakan faktor dominan yang sangat mempengaruhi pemberdayaan remaja. Semakin tinggi peran guru maka semakin tinggi pula pemberdayaan remaja dalam upaya pencegahan seks bebas. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif guru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kesambi Kota Cirebon dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan remaja agar semua guru ikut terlibat sehingga dapat menumbuhkan motivasi siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan juga dapat mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kerjasama lintas sektoral dengan sekolah sehingga proses pemberdayaan remaja dapat lebih ditingkatkan.
