Cet article vise à illustrer les modalités mises en place pour soutenir le développement professionnel d’un groupe d’enseignantes dans l’ajustement de leurs pratiques au regard de l’enseignement et de l’apprentissage de l’écriture. Il démontre l’impact de la communauté d’apprentissage (CA) comme dispositif d’appropriation de pratiques innovantes en enseignement et en apprentissage de l’écriture, par un soutien au développement professionnel, tant sur le plan individuel que collectif.
