Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The fabrication and characterization of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) thin-film transistors (TFTs) using a novel exfoliation approach and inkjet-printing was demonstrated. The exfoliation technique employed a water-dissolvable adhesive to separate multi-layer MoS 2 regions of > 100 μm 2 . An ink-jet printed silver ink was used to pattern metallic electrodes on the semiordered MoS 2 layers to fabricate arrays of TFT devices on a thermal oxide gate dielectric. The fabricated TFTs, having a common doped-Si gate electrode, possessed field-effect mobility of 28 cm 2 V -1 s -1 , threshold voltages of -40V, subthreshold swing 1.5 V/decade, and On/Off current ratio of 10 6 .

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
