A MEDIAÇÃO INTERCULTURAL DE CONFLITOS À LUZ DA AGENDA 2030 DA ONU

Abstract
Objetiva-se, no presente artigo, analisar de que maneira a mediação intercultural pode contribuir para o cumprimento da Agenda 2030 da Organização das Nações Unidas, sobretudo no que diz respeito ao Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável nº 16. Desse modo, contextualiza-se a necessidade da implementação de métodos adequados de solução de conflitos, como a mediação, diante da complexidade dos conflitos sociais, na contemporaneidade. Vislumbra-se o cabimento da mediação intercultural ante situações sociais de significativa diversidade cultural. Ressignificam-se os conflitos, a fim de que sejam vistos sob uma ótica positiva, argumentando a contribuição de sua superação para o reconhecimento do outro, bem como para a formação da identidade do sujeito. No que se refere aos procedimentos metodológicos, adota-se a pesquisa bibliográfica, descritiva e explicativa. Desenvolve-se uma epistemologia fenomenológica, a fim de explicar a identidade do ser. Utilizam-se também os métodos dedutivo, por partir da observação geral do panorama da ONU e alcançando um mecanismo específico para a sua colaboração, e indutivo, decorrente de um método específico de resolução de conflitos.
