Abstract
La conception universelle de l’apprentissage (CUA) est largement utilisée pour concevoir des cours en présence et en ligne, et ce, du primaire aux études supérieures. Toutefois, la formation continue donnée au personnel pédagogique a peu été examinée sous cet angle. Cette étude de cas présente la démarche et les considérations pratiques retenues lors de la conception d’un cours privé donné en ligne (SPOC) portant sur la formation hybride s’adressant au personnel pédagogique du collégial. L’opérationnalisation des principes directeurs de la CUA est présentée en lien avec la clientèle professionnelle ciblée tout en tenant compte des contraintes inhérentes au projet.
