Abstract
L’auteure étudie les processus de politisation et de socialisation au féminisme dans une association du Planning familial en France, qui se caractérise par le recours au salariat ainsi que par la défense de savoirs et de savoir-faire professionnels. Alors que la majorité des salariées ne sont pas entrées au Planning familial pour défendre la cause des femmes, l’enquête montre comment elles développent une grille d’analyse féministe du monde social en travaillant. L’auteure analyse le façonnage des carrières féministes au Planning familial, en examinant successivement les processus d’entrée dans l’association à l’étude des travailleuses féministes, leur socialisation féministe dans cette association et le maintien de leur engagement.
