Abstract
Les fondements de l’approche systémique et nos expériences de pratiques de réseaux inspirent nos supervisions de groupe. Nous concevons la supervision de groupe comme un espace privilégié pour croiser nos regards, apprendre ensemble, se différencier et faciliter l’émergence de nouvelles possibilités. Nous avons d’abord invité les participants de nos groupes actuels de supervision 1 à témoigner brièvement de leur expérience de cette modalité de soutien clinique. Puis, nous avons choisi de discuter certains de ces commentaires à partir de notre propre rive, celle de superviseurs voulant offrir une expérience soutenue de mise en réseau de professionnels qui puisse offrir le plus d’isomorphisme possible avec les contenus présentés.
