Abstract
Depuis plus d’une décennie, les Centres d’aide et de lutte contre les agressions à caractère sexuel (CALACS) se sont investis dans l’adoption d’une approche intersectionnelle, celle-ci faisant écho à une nécessité émanant de leurs pratiques quotidiennes. Les résultats partiels de la recherche-action qui a accompagné les CALACS dans cette démarche indiquent que, malgré des efforts importants et une reconnaissance des besoins, plusieurs obstacles limitent la possibilité d’une transformation en profondeur : les résistances politiques, le choix de stratégies de premières étapes, le manque de transversalité et la présence de contraintes structurelles importantes. Ainsi, au-delà des prises de conscience, un engagement mitigé envers l’intersectionnalité, combiné aux difficultés structurelles prépondérantes et à la concrétisation ardue de principes théoriques, limite la portée du changement effectué dans les CALACS au cours des dernières années.
