Abstract
Zone boréale est une image de marque, une stratégie de positionnement basée sur la typicité boréale, quiest largement utilisée par la région du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. Zone boréale, c’est la volonté d’unerégion de se définir à travers son territoire nordique et son terroir unique. Elle rassemble tous ceux quijouent un rôle dans notre culture culinaire. Ce sont les producteurs agricoles, les transformateursalimentaires, les marchands, les entreprises en agrotourisme, les services de garde éducatifs et lesrestaurateurs, qu’on appelle nos « ambassadeurs de saveurs ».La Table agroalimentaire du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean a été mandatée, en 2015, lors du Sommet régional,pour mettre en place cette stratégie de positionnement. Pour nous expliquer cette stratégie, Organisations& Territoires s’entretient avec madame Nancy Ouellet, directrice générale de la Table agroalimentaire.
