El objetivo de este texto es demostrar cómo las tecnologías de la información y comunicaciones (TIC) tiene un impacto importante en la interactividad de las personas, motivando a los estudiantes hacia el aprendizaje de la disciplina, brindando la posibilidad de desarrollar sus capacidades y habilidades para la interacción multicultural, el acceso a la información, el conocimiento y la educación, así como en la asignatura de electrotécnica en el Instituto Superior pedagógico Intercultural Bilingüe Ab. Martha Bucarám de Roldós.
