Comment s’adapter à une clientèle croissante, évolutive et de plus en plus participative ? Mahée Lacourse et Olivier Robert, bibliothécaires à l’Institut national de la santé publique du Québec (INSPQ), nous présentent le formidable réseau de centres de documentation Santécom. À la clé, la mutualisation des ressources et la co-construction de la veille scientifique avec les usagers. Par son succès et son rayonnement, cette expérience novatrice ouvre des perspectives, à la fois de valorisation au sein de la profession, et de collaboration, notamment avec nos cousins français.
