Abstract
目的 探讨知-信-行模式在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者健康教育中 的应用效果.方法 将118例OSAHS患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组59例,对照组患者接受常规健康教育,实验组将知-信-行模式应用于健康教育中,比较两组患者对疾病相关知识的认知水平和生活质量情况.结果 健康教育后,实验组Calgary睡眠呼吸暂停生活质量指数(SAQLI)各维度评分中日常活动(6.7±0.9)分,社会交往(6.8±0.7)分,情感(6.7±0.9)分,症状(5.8±1.2)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为5.741 0,6.082 0,5.9449,4.582 3;P<0.05);实验组患者对OSAHS疾病各方面知识的知晓情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对OSAHS患者通过知-信-行模式进行健康教育,可以提高患者对疾病知识掌握程度以及患者的生活质量水平。
