Abstract
目的探讨术后早期活动对冠脉造影患者舒适度和出血的影响.方法实验组在术后3 h进行床上活动,12 h下床;对照组患肢制动6 h,卧床休息12h.用Christenson法评估血肿、McGill疼痛强度指数评估腰背痛、Spilberger焦虑自评量表评定焦虑.结果经统计学处理,2组伤口出血没有明显差异,但术后6h 2组的腰背痛和焦虑有明显差别.结论术后3 h床上活动是安全的,且能有效提高患者的舒适度.
