Dans le contexte des organisations modernes, qu’est-ce que le courage ? Prendre une décision d’affaires risquée, faire les choses différemment, être radicalement transparent : voilà autant d’actions courageuses. Mais d’un point de vue moral, le courage consiste surtout à convertir ses intentions en actions malgré les pressions internes et externes subies au quotidien.
