Cronkhite-Canada综合征(CCS)又称多发性胃肠道息肉病(generalized gastrointestinal polyposis syndrome)、息肉-色素沉着-秃发-指(趾)甲萎缩综合征[1].以全胃肠道息肉、外胚层变化、无息肉病家族史、成年发病为主要特点.发病年龄多在30~86岁,男:女约1.3~1.5:1[2].由Cronkhite及Canada两人于1955年首次报道而得名.本病极其罕见,据不完全统计,迄今为止全世界仅有200多例报道,约80%来自日本.目前没有成熟的诊疗和护理措施可以依据.2004年11月24日本病房收治了1例该病患者,积累了一些护理经验,现报道如下。
