Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To investigate the effect of L-T4 replacement therapy on cognitive status in old Patients with subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH).Methods 64 old patients with preliminarily diagnosed subclinical hypothyroidism newly were investigated with Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA).and the concentrations of FT3,FT4 and TSH were measured. After L-T4 replacement therapy for 6 months, all the indices above were remeasured and compared. Results After thyroid hormone replacement therapy for 6 months, the patients with mild cognitive impairment increased from 20(41.7%)to11(22.9%)in all patients, and the scores on MoCA full score, memory, execution function, language and attention improved more obviously than that before replacement thempy. Conclusion The treatment of thyroid hormone on the old patients with SCH had positive effects, which could improve the cognition level especially in memory, execution function, language and attention. Key words: Subclinical hypothyroidism; Thyroid hormone; Montreal Cognitive Assessment; Cognition

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
