Abstract
ésuméLa profession enseignante affiche des taux d'abandon élevés, particulièrement chez les enseignants débutants.Le soutien lors de l'insertion professionnelle des enseignants apparait comme l'une des meilleures avenues pour endiguer ce problème.Cette recherche permet de documenter, à partir d' entrevues semidirigées, l' expérience d'insertion professionnelle de trois enseignantes du primaire.Analysée sous l'angle de la théorie des systèmes d'activité, l' expérience de ces enseignantes soulève le fait que les enseignants débutants ont difficilement accès aux dispositifs d'insertion professionnelle.La recherche met également en évidence le rôle des collègues dans la persévérance des enseignants dans la profession.
