Abstract
对于不具有典型的高分辨率CT(HRCT)蜂窝肺改变的特发性间质性肺炎患者,如果可以采用某些临床指标并结合HRCT特点帮助区分病理类型,将对指导治疗具有重要价值,加拿大Calgary大学的Fell博士等进行了相关研究,结果发表于2010年4月15日出版的美国呼吸重症医学杂志(Am J Respir Crit Care Med,2010,181:832-837) 作者回顾性分析了1995至2006年加拿大Calgary大学数据库中的135例特发性间质性肺炎患者的临床资料.135例中特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)97例,非IPF 38例。
