Abstract
遗传性血小板减少症(hereditary thrombocytopenia,HT)是一组罕见的遗传性疾病,以不同程度血小板减少和出血为主要特征.主要包括3种类型:小血小板性HT,如Wiskott-Aldrich综合征(Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome,WAS);正血小板性HT,如无巨核细胞性血小板减少症(amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia,AMT)、具有AML倾向的家族性血小板疾病(familial platelet disorder with predisposition to acute myelogenous leukemia,FPD/AML);以及大血小板性HT,如血小板膜蛋白复合物GPⅠ b-Ⅸ-Ⅴ相关性疾病(GPⅠ b-Ⅸ-Ⅴ-RD)、非肌性肌球蛋白重链9(MYH9)相关性疾病(MYH9-related disease,MYH9-RD)、灰色血小板综合征(grey platelet syndrome,GPS)、X连锁性血小板减少伴地中海贫血(X-linked thrombocytopenia with thalassemia,XLTT)、Paris-Trousseau综合征(Paris-Trousseau syndrome,PTS)和蒙特利尔血小板综合征(Montreal platelet syndrome,MPS)等.本文对本组疾病的发病机制、临床表现和转归,以及实验室检查等方面的研究进展作一综述。
