Abstract
目的 探讨记忆合金环抱器治疗髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折的临床疗效.方法 对9例Duncan-Vancouver分型为B1型股骨假体周围骨折的患者进行切开复位、记忆合金环抱器内固定.结果 9 例患者随访6~24(15.9±4.5)个月,骨折均获愈合,对位满意,骨折愈合时间20~30(24.6±3.2)周.采用Hariis评分评估髋关节功能:优5例,良3例,可1例.结论 记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折可以获得满意的临床疗效。
