Abstract
The manuscript overviewed the preliminary application of clinical communication capability assessment system which combined several domestic and foreign assessment tools for fiveyear clinical medical students. The merit and demerit of SEGUE framework, 360-degree feedback and The Calgary-Cambridge observation guide were discussed and utilized. The utilization, principles and weight of the assessment system were expounded. The Principles includes systematicness, typicalness, dynamic, science, manipuility, quantifiable and comprehensiveness. Experiences and lessons companied with the application of assessment system were share to the others who would concern.
