Gedung laboratorium vaksin dibangun sebagai prasarana penunjang kesehatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia yang ada di Dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Perencanaan struktur atas gedung pada terdiri dari rangka atap baja, pelat lantai, balok, kolom dan  dinding geser serta struktur bawah yaitu basement dan fondasi. Analisis struktur gedung menggunakan SAP v.15.1.0 dan ETABS v.17.1.0.Perencanaan gedung mengacu pada literatur diantaranya Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-2847-2013), dan Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung (SNI-1726-2012). Beban yang dianalisis yaitu beban mati, beban hidup, beban angin serta beban gempa. Direncanakan mutu beton f’c 29,05 MPa dan 33,2 MPa, mutu baja tulangan longitudinal fy = 400 MPa, dan tulangan sengkang fyt = 240 MPa.Hasil desain struktur rangka atap dimensi kuda-kuda menggunakan balok IWF 300.175.7.11. Pelat lantai setebal 120 mm dengan tulangan D13. Balok induk 400 x 550 mm dengan tulangan utama D19 dan sengkang Ø10. Balok anak 300 x 450 mm dengan tulangan utama D16 sengkang Ø10. Sloof  400 x 550 mm dengan tulangan utama D19 sengkang Ø10. Kolom 700 x 800 mm dengan tulangan 20D19 dan sengkang Ø10-200. Kolom 650 x 750 mm dengan tulangan 16D19 dan sengkang Ø10-200. Kolom 600 x 700 mm dengan tulangan 16D32 dan sengkang Ø10-200. Dinding geser dengan tulangan D16-200 dan sengkang 2D16-200. Basement tebal 250 mm dengan tulangan D19-250 dan Ø13-200 dan 250. Pada  fondasi bored pile dengan diameter 500 mm dengan tulangan utama D19 dan sengkang spiral Ø10-1500, pile cap bawah kolom 2500 x 2500 dengan tulangan D19-100 dan pile cap bawah core wall 3520 mm x3600 mm dengan tulangan D19-100. Kata Kunci : Atap Baja, Balok, Basement, Dinding Geser, Kolom, Pelat Lantai, Pondasi.
