Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of heat shock proteins70 (HSP70) and the severity of cognitive impairment in adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods Forty newly diagnosed OSAHS patients by polysomnography were enrolled in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012.The patients with OSAHS were divided into two groups according to Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA):cognitively impaired group and not cognitively impaired group.Forty-four healthy subjects were randomly selected from medical center as normal control. The serum of HSP70 in the two groups were detected by ELISA.Results ① Serum HSP70 level in OSAHS group was significantly higher than that in normal control group(P <0.01).②The serum level of HSP70 in cognitively impaired group was significantly higher than that in normal cognitive function group(P <0.01).③The correlation analysis revealed that the serum HSP70 level was negatively correlated with the MoCA score in cognitively impaired patients with OSAHS.Conclusions The cognitive impairment in OSAHS patients is associated with the increased level of serum HSP70,HSP70 level may be used as a biochemical indicator for prognose cognitive impairment in OSAHS patients. Key words: Sleep apnea syndrome; Cognitive impairment; Heat shock proteins 70

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
