Abstract
O presente estudo teve como objetivo descrever e analisar a supervisão das práticas dos estudantes pelos professores nas aulas de Educação Física. Quatro professores participaram deste estudo qualitativo, do tipo pesquisa-intervenção. O método da autoconfrontação simples e cruzada, oriundo da Clínica da Atividade foi utilizado para analisar a supervisão das práticas. Os professores assistiram os vídeos de suas aulas e dialogaram sobre as diferentes maneiras de agir durante a atividade de supervisão. Seis episódios de ensino foram descritos e analisados. Identificou-se diferentes tipos de supervisão das práticas dos alunos: observação silenciosa; intervenções por flash, por parada e por rastreamento. A análise promoveu a tomada de consciência das práticas de supervisão, bem como a visualização de outras maneiras de supervisionar o trabalho dos alunos, o que pode contribuir com a expansão do poder de agir dos docentes em situações de ensino futuras.
