Abstract
H a cultivado con su arte los paisajes de la sierra oaxaque- na, los ha llenado de colores, vegetacion, bosque, selva y la canada de su infancia guardada en su memoria. El artista oaxaqueno Filogonio Garcia Calixto com- parte con nosotros para este numero de Murmullos Filosoficos la coleccion Raices Mazatecas , que es definida como el re- encuentro de su origen con la naturaleza, con los paisajes de Agua del Paxtle en la sierra de Oaxaca y la permanencia en su lengua materna: el mazateco. Garcia Calixto comenzo a preparar esta serie de 40 pinturas al oleo, hace mas de un ano, reflejando en ella su vision de la naturaleza y sus juegos en la canada. Filogonio (2019), describe sobre Raices Mazatecas que: Los granos caeran una vez mas, germinaran y seran cosechados, abstraccion de la vida que vamos haciendo. Dejando granos en el camino. Por lo que aqui dejamos un bello recorrido en el arte de Garcia Calixto; el cual esta lle- no de paisajes tornasoles y suenos para reencontrarse con la anoranza de su infancia.
