Abstract
پوسته برنج محصول جانبی عمده در صنعت عمل?آوری برنج است. در تحقیق حاضر روشی بهینه برای استخراج سیلیکای بی?شکل از پوسته برنج ارائه گردیده و تأثیر تیمارهایی شامل تیمار خیساندن و شستشو روی خلوص سیلیکای استخراجی بررسی شده است. اهمیت بی?شکل بودن سیلیکای به دست آمده در این است که سیلیکا در شکل بی شکل، فعال و واکنش?پذیر است. ابتدا پوسته برنج از طریق کلسینه کردن به خاکستر تبدیل شد و سپس سیلیکا به وسیله محلول قلیایی مناسب از خاکستر پوسته برنج استخراج گردید. بدین منظور، ابتدا با انجام عمل خیساندن روی پوسته برنج و تیمار حرارتی در 700 درجه سانتیگراد، خاکستر سفید به دست آمد. در مرحله بعد، انحلال قلیایی خاکستر سفید با محلول دو مولار هیدروکسید سدیم و نهایتا رسوب?دهی آن با هیدروکلریدریک اسید منجر به استخراج سیلیکای فعال و دارای خلوص بالا گردید. کیفیت و خلوص سیلیکای استخراج شده به وسیله دستگاه?های فلورسانس پرتو ایکس و پراش پرتو ایکس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مزیت روش استفاده شده در تحقیق حاضر نسبت به روشهای کلاسیک تولید سیلیکا در این است که مصرف انرژی در این روش کمتر شده، دمای استخراج به شدت کاهش یافته است و ماده اولیه استخراج سیلیکا به وفور در دسترس می?باشد.
