Abstract
We are heartened that Dr. Kawedia et al agree that busulfan plasma exposure unit (BPEU) harmonization is a worthy endeavor [1]. We are also grateful for the opportunity to respond point-by-point to their comments regarding BPEU harmonization to mg × h/L (milligramliter×hour) [2].
