Quel a été l’impact de la réforme menée dans les années quatre-vingts, après celle de 1964, sur la revalorisation de la formation professionnelle, sur la diversification des offres de formation et sur l’effectif scolaire, particulièrement sur les jeunes en formation professionnelle initiale ? Il faut bien constater, même après quarante ans, que les buts poursuivis n’ont pas toujours été atteints. De plus, la réforme a abouti à une situation imprévue : l’arrivée d’une importante clientèle adulte dans le système de formation professionnelle et le rejet, de fait, des jeunes les plus fragiles.
