Abstract
In the article the process of proceeding in preparation of junior military medical specialists is reflected for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the period of realization of АТО on East of our state and her role in the system of the medical providing. The historical analysis of preparation of sanitary instruc- tors is conducted on territory of independent Ukraine from 1991 to 2017, a reorganizacijny`j process is reflected in relation to reduction and disband- ment of military educational subdivisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, that carried out preparation of such military medical specialists.It is set authors, that existing 2013 to the system of preparation of junior military medical spe- cialists became antiquated and was ineffective, and in general destroyed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.However, as experience of realization of АТО showed on East of Ukraine the Armed Forces of the state and other power structures, have a considerable requirement in such military medical specialists, in fact from their prepar- edness and realization by them military medical preparation in the subdivisions (employments after tactical medicine) a timeliness and quality of grant of home medical training depend on a battle-field пораненим and saving of their life.In the article pre-conditions are given and the process of creation and activity of the 205th Educational center of tactical medicine is exposed. Taking into account the smell of powder of the medical providing in АТО and experience of front-rank countries of NATO (The USA and Canada) Center conducts preparation and retraining. physicians of platoon and Senior battle physicians (companies, batteries) - junior military medical personnel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in accordance with the standards of NATO (standard of preparation 68w Combat Medic), carries out working of farranging of crews of medical services of luing-ins of troops on the program of preparation of subdivisions of front- rank evacuation and preparation of reservists of operative reserve of the first and second turn. Introduction to subdivisions of positions of the Battle physician of platoon and Senior battle physician (companies, batteries), will allow considerably to improve preparation of servicemen from tactical medicine. Practical skills and abilities from the grant of домедичної help and timely grant her пораненим on a battle-field, will allow to save life and health as to the battle sworn brothers so to citizenry at emergency events.
