Abstract
Nesta comunicacao apresento uma parte de minhas reflexoes desenvolvidas a partir de um estudo de vies etnografico, realizado com a coreografa e com os bailarinos que participaram da criacao da peca Liquidacao Total. Assim, durante dois meses, em Montreal, observei os ensaios realizados como preparacao para a turne brasileira da peca. Quando do retorno da companhia a Montreal, realizei entrevistas com a coreografa e com os bailarinos. Utilizei tambem, como documentos auxiliares, programas de espetaculos, material de divulgacao da companhia, materias publicadas na imprensa escrita e artigos da critica especializada. Este conjunto de informacoes foi organizado e analisado a partir da identificacao de unidades de base e da posterior elaboracao de categorias para interpretacao.
