Abstract
El artículo es derivado del segundo resultado del proyecto “Tratamiento teórico y metodológico a la dimensión ética del desempeño”. El objetivo es ofrecer las principales experiencias y lecciones aprendidas de la innovación educativa en función de la preparación de los docentes para el tratamiento de la dimensión ética. El contenido muestra el resultado del diagnóstico, el sistema de talleres y una relatoría sobre los principales resultados observados durante la puesta en práctica de los talleres que se concretan en: la toma de conciencia, el desarrollo del interés, la evaluación, el ensayo y la adopción por los actores; además, se determinan los aportes principales al nuevo conocimiento en la esfera del saber formativo y los principales impactos de la innovación.
