KUALITAS HIDUP PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK (GGK) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KARYAWANGI KECAMATAN PARONGPONG KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT

Abstract
ABSTRAK Penderita penyakit GGK sangat banyak dan cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun (Bayhakki & Hasneli, 2017). Salah satu pilihan terapi untuk pasien GGK adalah hemodialisis (HD). Manifestasi klinis yang muncul dari proses penyakit GGK dan proses HD sangat tidak nyaman yang dapat berdampak pada kualitas hidup pasein GGK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas hidup pada pasien GGK beserta aspek-aspeknya, yaitu : fisik, sosial, lingkungan hidup dan psikologi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karyawangi Kecamatan Parongpong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif yang bersifat analitik/korelasional. Populasi adalah pasien GGK wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karyawangi dengan sampel sebanyak 19 orang melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diadopsi dari THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION QUALITY OF LIFE (WHOQOL)-BREF sebanyak 24 pertanyaan. Analisa data dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup pasien GGK dengan rumus persentase dengan skala Likert. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kualitas hidup pasien GGK secara umum cukup/ biasa-biasa saja. Begitu pula dari aspek fisik, sosial, lingkungan hidup dan psikologi menunjukkan interpretasi kualitas hidup pasien GGK cukup/biasa-biasa saja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagaimana gambaran kualitas hidup pasien GGK dan meningkatkan setiap aspek yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien.
