Abstract
Les jeunes et la ville – Une rencontreest un projet de collaboration artistique entre de jeunes adultes, issus de l’organisme Innovation Jeunes, et une artiste-pédagogue ayant eu lieu dans le district de Peter-McGill à Montréal et qui investigue les questions reliées au droit à la ville (Lefebvre, 1967). En présentant ce projet, porteur d’un lien entre art et justice sociale, l’article explique comment l’assemblage entre recherche-création, collaboration artistique et analyse critique de l’espace urbain a permis la mise en place d’un dispositif de création auprès des jeunes pour soulever des questions sur les enjeux politiques, économiques et sociaux qui influencent leur vie et leurs aspirations.
