Abstract
Les jeunes qui vivent une situation d’itinérance ou de grande précarité peinent à trouver un travail qui correspond à leur réalité et qui leur permet de se réaliser, tout en gagnant leur vie. Cet article s’intéresse aux Créations Collectives, l’un des quatre volets de l’organisme Cirque Hors Piste, qui propose à ces jeunes une expérience alternative et intensive de cirque social, visant le développement de compétences de pré-employabilité. Le modèle a fait l’objet d’une recherche participative d’une année, qui a investi le coeur des activités des Créations Collectives. On verra qu’au bout du processus, les compétences acquises par les jeunes se situent bien en amont du seul champ de l’emploi.
