Abstract
Alliant memoire et modernite, l’etonnant ecosysteme documentaire Bibliotheque et Archives nationales du Quebec (BAnQ) s’appuie sur les approches de mediation culturelle et educative innovantes pour elargir ses publics. Dans le sillage des courants actuels, les bibliothecaires et les archivistes ne sont plus seulement des prescripteurs, ils mettent en scene de diverses facons le patrimoine documentaire. Au fil des ans, ils ont deploye des actions de communication et de partage, tant pour nourrir la curiosite du grand public et des familles qu’en soutien au milieu educatif. Leur posture professionnelle evolue : tout en conservant leurs valeurs fondamentales, ils deviennent createurs de contenus, passant eux aussi de l’ombre a la lumiere.
