Secara geografis, SDN Wotansari terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Balongpanggang Kabupaten Gresik, tepatnya berada di Dusun Wotansari, Desa Wotansari. Di sebelah utara berbatasan dengan Desa Karangsemanding, sebelah timur berbatasan dengan Desa Banjar Agung, sebelah selatan berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Mojokerto, dan di sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Desa Sekarputih. Program kerja “Gerakan Menabung Sejak Dini Degan Media Bahan Bekas Sebagai Aplikasi Kreatif Celengan Anak Bersama Siswa-Siswi Sdn Wotansari Balongpanggang-Gresik”, bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman, motivasi serta menanamkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya hidup hemat dan gemar menabung sejak dini, memberikan pemahaman bahwa barang tak terpakai dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi barang yang lebih berguna, serta mengasah kreativitas siswa-siswi dalam menghias celengan. Hasil dari program kerja gemar menabung dengan kreasi celengan unik yaitu dapat membantu mengurangi perilaku konsumtif, menyadarkan mengenari arti pentingnya menabung sejak dini dan juga pembuatan celengan sendiri dari kaleng bekas.
