Long-range multi-scalar models at three loops
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Abstract We compute the three-loop beta functions of long-range multi-scalar models with general quartic interactions. The long-range nature of the models is encoded in a kinetic term with a Laplacian to the power 0 < ζ < 1, rendering the computation of Feynman diagrams much harder than in the usual short-range case ( ζ = 1). As a consequence, previous results stopped at two loops, while seven-loop results are available for short-range models. We push the renormalization group analysis to three loops, in an ϵ = 4 ζ − d expansion at fixed dimension d < 4, extensively using the Mellin–Barnes representation of Feynman amplitudes in the Schwinger parametrization. We then specialize the beta functions to various models with different symmetry groups: O ( N ), ( Z 2 ) N ⋊ S N , and O ( N ) × O ( M ). For such models, we compute the fixed points and critical exponents.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
